Subject: IT SECURITY MEMO: Stack "Elevator" Ban

I am saddened to report that the 411th Engineering Company was recently reprimanded by Command for attemping to construct an unauthorized alternative to the approved FES Freight Elevator System through the use of several thousand Stack Inserters. Because of these wasteful and reckless actions, construction perimeters have now been established along all sector ceilings to discourage future attemps, and all related communications will be electronically intercepted and forwarded to PACIFIC. For the record, I understand the 'jokeÄ of an alternative interpretation of the term 'stack' in this situation, and I do have a sense of humor about many things.

I would also like to personally reprimand those of you who obstructed my investigation by claiming to have 'never seen' a tower if machinery that was approximately 1.6 kilometers in height, slathered in directional holograms and rigged with speakers to play dancehall music.
